Marketocracy: Fantasy Stock Market
The cool thing about Marketocracy.com is that they let you see the stock picks of their best investors with a 30 day free trial, allowing you invest in the stocks of the best traders.
Ideally, if you had a lot of money and followed their index, you could earn a lot on your money… just something to think about.
I’m using Marketocracy to gauge how well I’d do in the stock market before ever actually jumping in. Jumping into something that you aren’t prepared for can lead into some serious repercussions.

Marketocracy.com sounds similar to another virtual share maket site that was running in the ’90’s from the Dominican Republic or the Island of Dominica.
A few of my friends got involved for some large sums of moeny and some made a lot too but the US Govt closed it down for tax evasion and all the newcomers lost their money.
Why use the virtual share market at all?
Make a portfolio based on the real stock market and watch it for a while. Pick 10 stocks that you think look good and track them. If they perform well then look at putting some money on them.
