What’s one of your weaknesses?
It’s important in life to be able to look at yourself, find your weaknesses and eliminate them. The result is a much stronger you.
A good way to find some of your weaknesses is to look at your actions from another person’s perspective.
One of my weaknesses is that I’ll argue for no apparent reason on meaningless subjects. People tell me it’s annoying, but it’s a force of habit. It’s something that I do consciously, without knowing it. Funny huh?
For example, I once got into an argument with my older brother regarding what to do at a yellow light. He said that you should always stop at a yellow light. I snapped back with a, “It’s not always correct to stop at a yellow light. If there’s a car tailgating you, the chances of you getting rear ended is greater than the chance of someone gunning it on a green and hitting you at an intersection. You should run that yellow, meaning you shouldn’t ALWAYS run a yellow light.”
I changed the scenario to where I was right. But even if I had won in my mind, I had lost the argument. His point was that generally, you shouldn’t run yellow lights. I was nit picking, and that just made me look like a tool.
In my heart, I knew I would probably stop at that yellow. I just wanted to be right with a last say. All it ended up doing was make it much harder to talk to me.

That’s an insightful look into the situation.
It’s also helpful to figure out what your STRENGTHS are!
